| The preferred method of payment is via Pay Pal . Other form of payment: prepaid (Sorry, no credit). USA and Canadian residents can pay by personal cheque drawn against a Canadian or USA bank. Please allow three weeks for cheque to clear before shipment commences. Other methods of payment (such as bank transfers) may also be arranged. Please contact to discuss. All prices include shipping via regular air-mail. Shipments via Express air-mail can be arranged, but please contact us for applicable rates, as these vary according to destination. | |||

| All of our CDs are properly tracked, by acts, and a tracking list is
included in each CD set. The covers include photographs of the artists in the role or, alternatively, themes relating to the opera (please see sample covers). | |||
| About our DVDs | |||
| All of our DVDs are in NTSC format. Other formats (i.e. PAL) are also available at extra price of $8.00 per DVD. Please communicate DVD format requirements via e-mail at time of order. | |||
